• Membership is open to individuals and organizations committed to governance excellence.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• SoDA reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application.
• Members must notify SoDA of any changes to their information.

3. User Obligations

As a user or member of SoDA Africa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SoDA and others.
• Not engage in any activity that may harm SoDA's reputation or operations.

4. Payment Terms

• All membership fees are payable in the currency specified at registration.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• SoDA is not responsible for any additional fees charged by payment providers.
• Invoices are issued upon successful payment processing.
• SoDA reserves the right to change membership fees with prior notice.
• All payments must be completed before membership benefits are activated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the SoDA Africa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SoDA Africa and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
• Use SoDA's trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or decompile any software or code.
• Sell, lease, or transfer any content to third parties.

6. Termination

SoDA Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or access to services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Is harmful to SoDA or its members.
• Is fraudulent or illegal.
• Violates the rights of others.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of SoDA's services and materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoDA Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
• Any errors or omissions in content.
• Any loss or damage incurred as a result of using third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
